Materials
Choose solid hardwood (walnut, white oak, maple, cherry) or solid surface. Every sill is made to order in the edge profile and finish you choose, for a durable, low-maintenance window sill that won't rot, warp or fade the way a painted wood sill does.
Shapes & sizes
Order a straight window sill, or a return sill with horns that wrap back to the wall on each side, for single, double and triple-window openings. The configurator accepts lengths from 8 to 160 inches and custom depths to 1/2-inch precision.
Edge profiles
Select an eased, bevel, bullnose, cove, ogee or Roman ogee edge profile, applied to the top arris, bottom arris or both. Visual front thickness ranges from 1-1/2-inch solid stock up to a 4-inch laminated build-up edge.
Inside-corner radius
Match your sill's inside corners to your wall jamb — leave them square, or route a 3/4-inch radius to match a bullnose drywall corner, set independently per corner.
Fabrication & shipping
Every sill is made to your exact dimensions, accurate to ±0.5mm, and shipped nationwide. The interactive configurator requires JavaScript — please enable it to design your sill and request a quote.
Frequently asked questions
How do I measure for a replacement window sill?
Measure the length between the jambs, the depth from the window to the leading edge, and — for return sills — the horn length past each side. Our configurator accepts dimensions from 8 to 160 inches to 1/2-inch precision.
What edge profiles are available?
Eased, bevel, bullnose, cove, ogee and Roman ogee, applied to the top arris, bottom arris or both, from 1-1/2-inch solid stock up to a 4-inch laminated build-up.
Can inside corners be radiused?
Yes. Each inside corner on a return sill can be left square or routed to a 3/4-inch radius — the standard for stone and solid-surface fabrication — independently per corner.
What tolerance do you fabricate to?
Every sill is made to your exact dimensions, accurate to ±0.5mm.
