What we collect when you use this site, why we hold it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Who we are

Architects Corner fabricates made-to-measure architectural millwork in Corian® solid surface. We are based in Medford, Oregon, and ship nationwide. You can reach us at david.architects.corner@gmail.com or 541-671-6510.

What we collect

When you send a quote or a message

The contact form and every product configurator ask for the details we need to price and draw your piece and to get back to you:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your company, where you give one
• A delivery or project address, including the postal code, where the quote needs it
• The configuration itself — dimensions, material, edge profile and the other choices you made
• Anything else you type into a message or notes field

Submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Web3Forms passes the message on; it is not used to build a marketing profile of you.

When you create an account

An account is required to submit a quote so that we can keep your drawings, revisions and orders together under one record. An account holds your name, email address, phone number, company, any addresses you save, your saved configurations, and the quotes and orders attached to them. Accounts are stored in Supabase, a hosted database service, and are protected by your password.

What we do not collect

We do not take payment card details on this site. We do not collect government identification numbers. We do not buy contact lists or enrich your record with data from other sources.

Cookies and local storage

The configurators save your work-in-progress in your own browser so that a reload does not lose it. When you sign in, your browser stores a session so that you stay signed in. We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use what you give us to price your work, draw it, fabricate it, deliver it, and answer questions about it afterwards. Quotes and orders are kept as business records for as long as we may need them for warranty, accounting or tax purposes. A configuration you saved but never submitted stays with your account until you delete it.

We also use it to tell you about our own products, finishes, services and offers, and to understand what people are specifying so that we can improve the configurators. Marketing email is sent only to people who asked for it when they submitted a request, or who asked us since; every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us to be taken off the list. Opting out of marketing does not affect anything to do with a quote or an order you have with us.

Who else sees it

Producing your piece can mean sending its drawings and dimensions to our fabrication partners, and your delivery address to the carrier that ships it. They receive what they need to do that work and nothing more. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

What you agreed to, and when

Sending a quote request means ticking a box to accept the Quote and Order Terms and this policy. We record which version you accepted, the account that accepted it, and the moment it happened, and we keep that record with the request. You can read the current text at any time on the Terms page, and we will send you the version you accepted if you ask.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account and its saved configurations. Business records attached to a completed order may need to be kept, and we will say so if that applies. Write to david.architects.corner@gmail.com and we will come back to you.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, account data is held behind per-account database permissions, and drawings are shared through links that expire rather than public URLs. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged where you would notice them.
