Architectural-grade Corian® table tops made to your exact dimensions. Pick the height the table is for — dining, counter or bar — then the size, the edge profile and the finish, and the configurator draws the top as you set it and hands it off as a fabrication-ready spec sheet.

Guided steps: length, width, material, thickness and edge profile — with a live drawing at every step.

Your configuration is reviewed and a firm quote comes back within one business day, with drawings for approval.

Made to your exact dimensions and shipped ready to install.
Every top is drawn to your exact dimensions — length and depth, which edges carry the profile and how it wraps the corners, and the height the base is made to. A table is one seamless piece, so what you set is what is cut.

Two measurements and a height cover most tables. Send a sketch with your rough numbers and we’ll confirm the drawing before anything is cut.
Decide what the table is for. Dining is 29″–30″, counter 34″–36″ and bar 40″–42″ — the three heights seating is made to. The top is the same either way; the height goes on the drawing so the base is made to match.
Measure length and depth for the top itself, not the base. Any length to 144″ in one piece; longer runs are made in sections with a chemically bonded seam.
Choose the profile and which edges carry it. A table is seen from every side, so the treatment normally wraps all four — unlike a worktop, where the wall edge is left square.
Corian® solid surface — a non-porous material that never needs sealing, joins invisibly and is repairable, because the color runs through the full thickness. Cut from 12mm sheet with a 2″ build-up behind the front edge for a 1-1/2″ finished edge.

Yes. Six Corian® lavatory bowls, moulded in four colors and matched to the sheet range so a sink can be seamed to a top of the same name. The top is cut to the bowl opening and the flange is bonded beneath the deck, so nothing interrupts the surface.
Eased, bevel, radius, cove, ogee and Roman ogee — machined into the front edge, and you choose which edges carry the treatment and whether it wraps the exposed corners.
No. Backsplash runs are cut from the same sheet, ship loose and are fixed to the wall on site, floating clear of the top with a caulked reveal. Every run is dimensioned separately on the spec sheet.

Custom table tops made to your exact dimensions in solid surface — also called Corian® tables, seamless table tops or made-to-measure dining, counter and bar tables. Configure the piece online and receive a dimensioned, fabrication-ready spec sheet with a plan, an edge profile and an edge detail, cut to machine accuracy.
One product covers the dining table, the kitchen island, the conference or meeting table and the bar or café table. The difference is the height and the dimensions, not the material or the process.
Choose an eased, bevel, bullnose, cove, ogee or Roman ogee profile, machined into the treated edge. A laminated build-up is bonded behind it so the front reads thicker than the sheet: from 1-1/2 inch solid stock up to a 4-inch finished edge. Treated edges are specified per side, so a run against a wall need not carry a profile it will never show.
Specify an integrated seamless sink — a solid surface bowl bonded and sanded flush so there is no rim and no joint to catch dirt — or an undermount cutout sized to a basin you already have. Formed, coved corner, round corner, scoop and ramping bowls are available in the same material as the top.
A coved backsplash sweeps up from the deck on a radius with no seam at the junction, or an applied backsplash is bonded on with a field seam. Height and profile are set to specification.
Solid surface seams are chemically bonded and sanded flush, so a long run reads as one continuous piece rather than a line of slabs. That is the practical reason it is specified for reception desks and long vanity runs where stone would show every joint.
Unlike laminate, solid surface is the same material all the way through, so a scratch or a burn sands out. Unlike quartz or granite it is non-porous without sealing, it can be thermoformed, and its seams are inconspicuous. It is repairable and renewable in place, which is why it is common in healthcare and commercial washrooms.
Give the finished length and depth, note which edges are exposed and which run to a wall, mark the sink position, and say whether you want a backsplash. Send a photograph with the rough numbers and the drawing is confirmed before anything is cut.
